Prestige maintains an ongoing partnership with Canva at their vibrant, contemporary headquarters in Hoxton Square, London. Tasked with keeping their high-spec office in “day-one” condition, we provide a bespoke maintenance package covering commercial carpet tiles, luxury rugs, and designer upholstery.

Creative hubs like Canva feature a diverse range of floor coverings and fabrics that require specific, individualized care. The primary challenge is logistical: executing deep-restorative cleans and responsive spot-treatments within a busy, high-energy environment. We work closely with Canva’s in-house cleaning team to coordinate out-of-hours visits, ensuring zero disruption to their creative workflows.
The Solution: A Multi-Tool Technical Approach
There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution for a space this diverse. Our team utilizes a strategic combination of industry-leading technologies:
- Low-Moisture & Dry Systems: We use the Host and Von Schrader dry extraction systems for large-scale carpet maintenance, allowing for immediate foot traffic.
- Mechanical Agitation: The Orbot system is deployed for deep-soil breaking in high-traffic zones.
- Precision Extraction: We utilize high-power wet extraction for scheduled deep cleans and compact spotting machines for rapid response on furniture and rugs.
