Prestige provides an ongoing, specialist maintenance programme for the Bang & Olufsen flagship store on New Bond Street. This contract involves a comprehensive deep clean of all showroom carpets and bespoke rugs every three months to maintain the impeccable standards required of a world-leading luxury brand.
Operating within a flagship retail environment presents unique challenges. The showroom houses exceptionally high-value, sensitive audio-visual equipment that requires a meticulous “zero-risk” approach. Furthermore, all works must be completed out-of-hours, starting strictly after 7:00 PM, with a mandatory requirement for all surfaces to be 100% dry and showroom-ready for the following morning’s trade.
To ensure total operational continuity, we developed a bespoke maintenance plan with pre-scheduled quarterly visits.
By implementing a proactive schedule rather than relying on reactive cleaning, the New Bond Street showroom maintains a true “Day One” appearance.
