Overview

Just five minutes from the Excel Arena, Gallions Approach Apartments is a modern complex overlooking the River Thames. Despite its contemporary design, the communal carpets were in poor condition. Heavy staining and unpleasant odours had become a major concern for residents, leading to dissatisfaction with the building’s upkeep.

Warwick Estates, soon to take over management, needed a solution to restore the carpets. Years of neglect had left them in a terrible state, but addressing this issue quickly would make a strong impression on residents and improve their confidence in the new management team.

After conducting a site survey, we determined that our Hos Orbot cleaning system was the ideal method for deep-cleaning the 130 flights of staircases, corridors, and lobbies. Unlike traditional carpet cleaning, this system operates quietly and dries quickly. Most residents were unaware of our presence during the cleaning process. Those who did notice were impressed by the advanced system in action, with some even taking videos of the Orbot machine restoring their carpets.

This project showcased the many benefits of our cleaning method. Carpets were dry and ready for immediate use, ensuring no inconvenience for residents. The process was low-noise, eliminating disturbances in communal areas. Additionally, the absence of hoses or bulky equipment meant there were no trip hazards, keeping the environment safe. The results were outstanding.

We take great pride in this project and are thrilled to have two more cleaning projects scheduled with Warwick Estates later this month.
