01. The Challenge

Our technicians implemented a high-performance dual-system approach. Initially, we applied a solvent-boosted enzyme pre-spray to break down organic fats. Following this, we used high-heat hot water extraction to rinse and pull deep-seated dirt from the pile. Specifically, we used Prochem Citrus Gel to safely dissolve and lift entrenched chewing gum. Furthermore, we utilised a HOS Orbot machine with clean bonnets to finish the job. This critical step accelerated drying times and successfully prevented “wicking,” ensuring a flawless finish.
