The store faces significant daily footfall, resulting in heavy tracking and deep-seated organic staining across the main showroom and clinical testing rooms. The primary requirement was a full restoration that could be completed out-of-hours, ensuring the carpets were 100% dry and the environment trade-ready for the first patients the following morning.
The Solution: Low-Moisture Extraction Technology
Utilizing our advanced low-moisture cleaning system, we performed a multi-stage restoration. This involved targeted pre-treatment of high-traffic “lanes” and mechanical agitation to lift the pile. By using significantly less water than traditional steam cleaning, we eliminated the risk of carpet shrinkage and ensured rapid drying times, while successfully extracting deep-seated soil from the fibers.
